We’ll get to enjoy great food, tasty drinks, and a cozy atmosphere in the best company. We’ve set aside time for fun activities in the crisp winter air, so you’ll get to experience Lahti’s beautiful, snowy landscapes at their finest.
And, of course, no authentic Finnish winter experience is complete without sauna and ice swimming! The hot steam and a refreshing dip into the icy water are guaranteed to clear your mind and recharge your spirit in no time.

#1 DAY, THURSDAY –
FEB 4TH
Welcome to Finland!
We are delighted to welcome you to Finland.
Don’t worry—we’ll be there at the Helsinki airport or the port of Helsinki if you are coming by a ferry.
Get together – 6 pM
Get ready for a warm welcome! Come catch up with old friends and meet new ones in a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere. Join us for a wonderful evening filled with good music, great snacks, and drinks. We can’t wait to see you!
#2 DAY, FRIDAY-
FEB 5TH
Winter wonderland – 10 AM
Get ready for the best day of the winter! Weather permitting, we’ve got a fantastic lineup of outdoor fun planned. How about a walk on the frozen lake, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, sledding or ice skating?
We’ll make sure you stay nice and warm -we’re naturally heading to the sauna, and the bravest among us can even take a dip in the ice lake! To top it all off, we’ll be serving up traditional Finnish food and drinks to keep the good vibes going. Can’t wait to enjoy a great winter day together!
Nation’s night – 7 PM
Get ready for Nations Night! We’ll be announcing the official theme very soon, so stay tuned.
#3 DAY, SATURDAY –
FEB 6TH
Official meeting – 9 AM
Please arrive on time for the meeting, which will follow our traditional customs.
Don’t worry, we’ve got the morning covered with a special program designed just for the ladies—leave it to us!
Food and relaxation – 1 PM
Let’s spend a wonderful afternoon relaxing and enjoying each other’s company before the big night! We might even dare to take a dip in the freezing waters of Lake Vesijärvi?
Euro 5 Gala – 7 PM
We’re so excited to celebrate the gala with all of you! Let’s enjoy a wonderful evening together—and later tonight, we’ll get to hit the dance floor with a live band! Can’t wait to see you there for a great night!
#4 DAY, SUNDAY –
FEB 7TH
Farewells – oh, it’s over
It’s time to say goodbye—unless you’d like to spend a little more time exploring Finland, in which case we’d love to share some local tips!
Conveniently, there’s a train right next to the hotel that takes you to Helsinki Airport in about an hour (and connects to the harbor as well). We’re right here to help guide you if you need anything, so please don’t hesitate to ask. Safe travels, and we hope to see you again soon!
